Shipping Information and Return Policies

1. General Policy:

We stand behind the quality of our products and services at Annaleah Moon Studios. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you wish to return an item. This Return Policy applies to all purchases made through our website.

2. Custom Handmark Artwork & Commissioned Artwork:

Due to the personalized nature of custom handmark artwork and commissioned artwork, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable. We encourage you to communicate your preferences and specifications clearly during the ordering process to ensure satisfaction with the final product.

3. Apparel:

Apparel items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags attached. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or not as ordered.

4. Art Lessons:

If you are unable to attend a booked art lesson, please inform me at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. If you cancel within 24 hours of the lesson, you are expected to pay for the lesson in full. I will make exceptions if you cancel due to illness. 

5. Damaged Items:

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage for further assistance.

6. Processing Returns:

To initiate a return, please email us at annaleah.moon.studios@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive your return request, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

7. Exceptions:

Our Return Policy does not cover damage caused by improper care, accidents, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.
