1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Annaleah Moon Studios offers various services including selling handmade artwork and prints, providing art lessons, and creating commission-based artwork. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time without notice.

3. Artwork Sales

All artworks sold are subject to availability. We endeavor to ensure that all products listed on our site are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item or a full refund.

4. Commissioned Work

When commissioning a piece of artwork, you agree to provide clear instructions, and understand that the final work will be influenced by your provided direction. A 50% deposit must be made upfront and is non-refundable, except in circumstances where we are unable to complete the commission, and final payment is required within one week from when the work is completed.

5. Art Lessons

Our art lessons are provided with the understanding that Annaleah Moon Studios is not engaged in rendering legal, accounting, or other professional services. If expert advice or counseling is needed, the services of a competent professional should be sought.

6. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content available on the website, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, and the compilation thereof is the property of Annaleah Moon Studios, our affiliates, partners or licensors, and is protected by international copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Annaleah Moon Studios will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising out of or related to the use of our website or our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which Annaleah Moon Studios is established.
