oil on canvas 2021- This painting was a commission for a good friend of mine, Larry Ruhf. He gave me no prompt, and simply told me he wanted whatever came out of my mind and onto the canvas. Unfortunately, Larry passed away the same day I was supposed to deliver the finished painting. It was then that this painting acquired its meaning of ripping one out of their assumed place in time and questioning the idea of multiple existences, or multiple layers of reality.
